Chimayo Grill is locally-owned and operated and has been rollin' fatties since 1998 when the doors first opened. Not a chain, although there have been a couple of other locations through-out the County that have since been sold and operating under different concepts. Chimayo Grill has been recently acquired by long-time locals Frank and Teresa in October 2008 and continues to be the County's favorite spot for healthy burritos, fish tacos, fajitas, and more. With beer on tap ($1.50 PBR's all the time), penny-pincher weekly deals, a flat screen TV, and great ambiance, Chimayo is looking forward to serving the community for another 10 awesome years.
All Chimayo's recipes, including but not limited to, salsas, meats, beans, queso, guacamole, are homemade and prepared daily with the freshest ingredients and TLC. Each customer walks away happy because each customer gets to build their perfect meal.
